Education

The extensive education Dr. V.P. Gangadharan has under his belt demonstrates his tenacious pursuit of knowledge and medical expertise. He set himself on the path to a lucrative medical career by earning his MBBS from Medical College, Kottayam in 1979. 

He then pursued a specialty in radiotherapy, earning his postgraduate degree at AIIMS in New Delhi in 1984 and his second postgraduate degree in general surgery at the Medical College of Kottayam in 1986.

Dr. Gangadharan pursued a DM degree from the Adayar Cancer Institute in Chennai, demonstrating his dedication to specialized cancer care, in order to further his abilities as well as expertise in the discipline of medical oncology.

He also earned a Diploma in Hospital Administration from AIIMS, New Delhi in 1984 after realizing the value of efficient hospital administration. Dr Gangadharan pursued bone marrow transplantation training abroad, receiving instruction at the Royal Marsden Hospital in Sutton and the GeorgeTown University Hospital.
